Phil Peabody Chief Lending Officer, Capital Farm Credit
Phil Peabody is Chief Lending Officer for Capital Farm Credit and oversees association lending operations. He has been a member of the Capital Farm Credit team for more than 15 years, most recently leading its Enterprise Risk Management function as Chief Risk Officer. His background also includes corporate lending relationships involving widely syndicated loans across the Farm Credit System, along with service as a branch manager and loan officer in West Texas.
Dr. Lynn Krebs Texas Real Estate Research Center
Dr. Lynn Krebs joined the Texas Real Estate Research Center in 2022 and brings experience spanning commercial real estate, rural land, property tax consulting, academic research and real estate development. He earned his bachelor's and master's degrees from Texas A&M University and his Ph.D. from Georgia State University.
Lewis R. “Bud” Dinges, D.V.M. Executive Director, Texas Animal Health Commission
Dr. Dinges serves as Texas State Veterinarian and Executive Director of the Texas Animal Health Commission. His career includes mixed-animal veterinary practice, private and corporate veterinary settings, and service with the Texas A&M University College of Veterinary Medicine and Biomedical Sciences.
Dr. David Kerns Texas A&M University, Department of Entomology
Dr. David Kerns is a Professor, Extension Specialist, State IPM Coordinator and Associate Department Head for the Department of Entomology at Texas A&M University. His research and outreach emphasize pest management and integrated pest management programs for major agricultural crops.
Steve Roberson Founder, Land id®
Steve Roberson founded MapRight, now Land id®, in 2014 with the goal of making GIS mapping and property data easier for individuals and organizations to use. Land id builds on more than two decades of GIS mapping experience.
Nathan Yates Attorney, Braun & Gresham
Nathan Yates has more than 20 years of experience in real estate and energy. His practice focuses on land use and development, acquisitions and divestitures, easements, title matters, oil and gas, pipelines, renewable energy, battery storage and data center land transactions. Prior to joining Braun & Gresham, he spent eight years developing wind, solar and battery projects.
Julia Parenteau Director of Public Policy, Texas REALTORS®
Julia Parenteau will join the Summit to discuss data center growth, regulation and the implications of expanding infrastructure demand for land and real estate markets.

CT Adams is COO of the Land Broker Co-op, where his work includes operations, technology strategy and the continued modernization of the Co-op's digital platform for rural real estate professionals. His focus includes technology, data and tools designed to help land brokers operate in a rapidly changing real estate environment.
